The Student Village Development activity by BK Lisan Himika F.Kep-UH was held at Majid As Salaam, Moncong Loe District, Maros Regency on Saturday (17/08) at 16.00. This activity was attended by approximately 50 members of the general public.
The agenda of the activity began with an opening with a report from the chairman of the committee by Muhammad Hidayat Hamzah which was then continued with a speech by the Head of the Nursing Study Program of Hasanuddin University by Dr. Yuliana Syam, S. Kep., Ns., M. Si who also opened this event. Also present was Arnis Puspitha Rasyid, S. Kep., Ns., M.Kes as a supervising lecturer from Bina Desa Mahasiswa BK Lisan Himika F.Kep-UH
The purpose of this Village Development is to help the community in accessing information about health, besides that through this activity it is also hoped that public awareness to maintain health can increase. In this activity, the community has received information related to hypertension, diabetes mellitus and gout. The activity was combined with the provision of health education delivered by Sahril Usman then continued with a health check including blood pressure check, blood sugar check and finally uric acid check. The activity went smoothly and the enthusiasm of local residents gave a positive impact in providing health education that is useful for themselves and the surrounding environment.
