Makassar – Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University (F.Kep Unhas) received a visit from Prof. Patrick Olivier, Monash University, Australia, on Tuesday (25/09) at 10.00 WITA.
Also present were the Dean of F.Kep Unhas, Prof. Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Sc., along with the ranks of Vice Deans, Head of the International Affairs Office (KUI) Unhas, the PMU Team of the Faculty of Nursing, and lecturers from nursing and physiotherapy.
The Dean of F.Kep, Prof. Ariyanti, in her speech said that this visit was an important momentum in strengthening and continuing the cooperation that has been established between F.Kep Unhas and Monash University. “We hope that the implementation of this cooperation can open up opportunities for joint research that will increase the quantity and quality of collaborative research at the Faculty of Nursing,” she said.
This meeting aims to discuss the potential for cooperation in joint research and publication between the two universities. Prof. Patrick also conveyed his plan to return before the end of 2024 to ensure the continuation and realization of the cooperation. This visit is expected to be the first step for both institutions in strengthening collaboration in the fields of research and academics.
