Andriani has been involved in nursing education since 2005. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing, Professional Nurse and Master's degree Major in Biomedical Science-Physiology at Hasanuddin University. Currently she is pursuing her Doctoral degree in Nursing Faculty at Airlangga University with a research focus on developing health coaching model to improve family caregivers’ capability in taking care on mental health patient.

Throughout her career, Andriani has demonstrated her commitment to nursing education and patient care. As a staff lecturer and Preceptor of Psychiatric Nursing Department at Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, she has contributed significantly to shaping future nurses. Additionally, her role as a Clinical Care Manager at Universitas Hasanuddin Hospital and Makassar Psychiatric Hospital reflects her practical expertise. Andriani's research interests on mental health and nursing communication. She has produced several journal articles in peer-reviewed journals related to her expertise. Furthermore, her involvement as a reviewer for prominent nursing and health journals underscores her commitment to advancing the field through rigorous peer review.
