The Hasanuddin University Faculty of Nursing Physiotherapy Student Association or what is usually called Himafisio F.Kep-UH successfully held a Physiotherapy Social Service in Bulukumba Regency on March 1-3 2024 which was held simultaneously in 3 villages, namely Bolu Lohe village, subdistrict. Rilau Ale, Bajiminasa Village, District. Rilau Ale, and Batu Lohe Village, Kec. Bulukumpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Physiotherapy social service is a work program from the External Relations division of Himafisio F.Kep UH which is routinely carried out once in each management period. The purpose of holding this Social Service is as a form of actualization of the Tri Dharma of higher education, namely, Community Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year’s Physiotherapy Social Service has the theme “Dedicated to Physiotherapy Actions to Improve Community Movement Function on Panrita Lopi Earth”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity was attended by approximately 135 participants including undergraduate and professional students, lecturers and physiotherapists from hospitals and clinics. In this activity there were several activity items, namely Physiotherapy intervention treating 174 patients, Homecare treating 27 patients, Physio Goes To School and Education on Injury Management which was carried out in 3 high schools, Postural Education and safety in Playing on Elementary School Students (PEACE) which was carried out in 6 elementary schools, Posture Disorder Screening carried out in 6 junior high schools, basic life support and transportation\/ambulation targeting youth organizations in each village, as well as group gymnastics on the last day of activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
