F.Kep Unhas held a Socialization of E-SKP filling for Lecturers and Education Personnel in 2025 on Wednesday (22\/01) in the F.Kep Senate Room. Attended by the Dean (Prof. Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Si), Lecturers and Education Personnel of F.Kep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The socialization was delivered by the Director of Human Resources of Unhas (Prof. Dr. dr. Idar Mappangara, Sp.PD., Sp.JP. (K) and accompanied by the Staff of the Directorate of Human Resources (Asrul, S.Si) in the use of E-SKP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Starting with the Dean’s remarks (Prof. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Si) conveying that “The increasing era of digitalization in Unhas, therefore, it is expected that lecturers and education staff can understand well technically in filling out E-SKP, by following the system that has been built as well as supporting the progress of the Institution”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This activity is a form of improving the data synchronization application flow system towards performance targets, promotion and functional positions for Lecturers and Education Staff, the Director of Human Resources (Prof. Dr. dr. Idar Mappangara, Sp.PD., Sp.JP. (K) conveyed that “we need to understand the new system and study it well, therefore it is very important for Lecturers and Education Staff to know the E-SKP system optimally in order to improve the quality performance\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The activity was continued with technical assistance and explanation by the HR Directorate Staff (Asrul, S.Si) on the use of E-SKP which synchronizes data across several systems, as well as several rules in using the application.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
