The program was held from June 15\u201326, 2026, in Osnabr\u00fcck and Berlin, Germany.<br>This program was implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in collaboration with the German Rectors&#8217; Conference (HRK), Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences, and the Center for Higher Education (CHE). The program featured speakers and IDC mentors focused on strengthening leadership, management, and quality assurance capacity in higher education institutions.<br>Dr. Erfina&#8217;s participation in this program is a strategic step in expanding international networks and opening up opportunities for cooperation and collaboration between higher education institutions in Indonesia and partners in Germany and Southeast Asian countries.
