The Kaikoukai Healthcare Group Japan team, represented by the General Manager of the Overseas Human Resources Development Department, Mr. Abe Kazuya, made a visit to discuss the development of cooperation in the health sector to Hasanuddin University, including the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University. On Wednesday (3/8/2022), the visit also discussed the evaluation of cooperation activities that have been carried out in the last few years.

Mr. Abe Kazuya’s visit to the Faculty of Nursing was attended and welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Si and the deputy deans of FKep UH, Syahrul Said, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., PhD (Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Innovation), Dr. Erfina, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep (Vice Dean for Planning, Finance and Resources), Dr. Takdir Tahir, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes (Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Partnerships).

One of the planned discussions during the visit was (1) the continuation of collaborative research activities between FKep UH lecturers and researchers and practitioners from Kaikoukai; (2) there is also a discussion about the sustainability of the Kaikoukai team’s teaching practice at FKep UH in several courses in the next semester; (3) cooperation in the joint Symposium in 2022; and (4) plans for an international conference by both parties for next year in 2023.

In addition to the visit to FKep UH, representatives of the Kaikoukai Team also visited the Hasanuddin University Rectorate and were welcomed by the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. drg. Muhammad Ruslin M.Kes., SpBM(K), a visit to the Unhas Medical Faculty and a visit to the Hasanuddin University College Hospital.
