Lecturers from the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, Participate in the DIES International Course on Southeast Asia in Germany

Dr. Erfina, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., a lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing at Hasanuddin University, participated in the DIES International Deans’ Course Southeast Asia – Part I, an effort to increase resource capacity through active participation at the international level. The program was held from June 15–26, 2026, in Osnabrück and Berlin, Germany.
This program was implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in collaboration with the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK), Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, and the Center for Higher Education (CHE). The program featured speakers and IDC mentors focused on strengthening leadership, management, and quality assurance capacity in higher education institutions.
Dr. Erfina’s participation in this program is a strategic step in expanding international networks and opening up opportunities for cooperation and collaboration between higher education institutions in Indonesia and partners in Germany and Southeast Asian countries. It is hoped that the experience, insights, and networks gained will contribute to strengthening faculty governance, improving educational quality, and developing international collaboration in higher education and nursing.
