The Master of Nursing Program at Hasanuddin University’s Faculty of Nursing held its final exams for two students on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The exam, held from 9:00\u201310:00 a.m. WITA (Central Indonesian Time), served as the final academic stage and provided a platform for students to present research findings that contribute to the development of nursing science and improve the quality of healthcare services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nurbaeti took the first exam, held in the Ethics Committee Room on the second floor of the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Nursing. She presented her thesis entitled “Development of a Discharge Planning Model Prototype to Improve Discharge Readiness in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).” This research was supervised by Dr. Suni Hariati, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep. and Prof. Dr. Kadek Ayu Erika, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes., and examined by Dr. Tuti Seniwati, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes. and Dr. Erfina, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, Selpi Mangngala presented her thesis in Room KP 112 of the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, entitled “The Effect of a Combination of Progressive Muscle Relaxation with Classical Music Therapy on Anxiety and Fatigue Levels in Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis at Tajuddin Chalid General Hospital, Makassar, and Labuang Baji General Hospital, Makassar.” The research was supervised by Dr. Rosyidah Arafat, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB. and Prof. Dr. Elly Lilianty Sjattar, S.Kp., M.Kes., and examined by Dr. Takdir Tahir, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes. and Prof. Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Si.
The implementation of this Final Thesis Examination reflects the commitment of the Master of Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, to producing evidence-based research relevant to the needs of healthcare services. Through various innovations developed, student research results are expected to serve as references in the development of nursing practice, while also supporting improvements in the quality of healthcare services in various healthcare facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
