Closing of Okayama University Internship Program

Two Okayama University students, Himari Myoi and Yuriko Wada, successfully completed their internship program in the Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, which ran from October 6 to November 7, 2025. The event took place on November 7 in the Faculty of Nursing Senate Room, Hasanuddin University.
The event was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Syahrul, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes., Ph.D., and the Internationalization Lecturer Team.
The Okayama University students presented a series of activities they undertook, from visits to hospitals, clinics, and community health posts (Posyandu), to implementing a health education project for elementary school students. They also shared their experiences during their internship program at Faculty of Nursing, including the cultural, language, and cultural differences they encountered, particularly in Makassar.
This program is part of a collaborative effort between the two institutions to enhance inbound and outbound programs. Through this activity, both parties hope that the collaboration that has been established can continue to grow and have a real impact on improving the quality of education, students’ international experiences, and strengthening academic networks in the future.
