The Faculty of Nursing received a visit from international students from La Trobe University, on Thursday (22/06) in the Senate Room of the Faculty of Nursing at 09.00 WITA. The activity was attended by the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs (Syahrul, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes., Ph.D), Deputy Dean for Partnership, Research and Innovation (Dr. Takdir Tahir, S.Kep., Ns ., M.Kes), Community Nursing Lecturer by Dr. Kusrini Kadar, as well as Supporting Staff and Students of F.Kep.

It began with a sharing guided by Lecturer F.Kep (Andi Baso Tombong, S.Kep., Ns., MANP) on the topic of discussing health services in Indonesia and what special health services exist in Makassar in supporting Nursing courses.

The Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs (Syahrul, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes., Ph.D) expressed his gratitude for his visit to the Unhas Faculty of Nursing, he also explained that the Faculty of Nursing and La Trobe University had established a collaboration ” Since 2017 the Faculty of Nursing and La Trobe have collaborated, and that has made the relationship closer. Lecturers from La Trobe have visited and currently a Student Exchange is also taking place and later Nursing students will also visit La Trobe University, “explained Syahrul (22/06) ).

Followed by a discussion of the Topic of Health Care System in Indonesia which was presented by the Head of the Nurse Profession Study Program (Kusrini S. , especially in the MCH, Dental and Oral Poly, General Poly, Laboratory, Visits to school children’s health examination programs in elementary schools around the puskesmas.
