In order to strengthen the implementation of the MoU with foreign universities, on 7-9 February 2023, the Faculty of Nursing Unhas received a visit from visiting lecturers from Yokohama City University, Japan. These lecturers are:
- Dr. Ryota Ochiai (Associate Professor, School of Medicine for Nursing Course)
- Dr. Yayoi Shoji (Assistant Professor, Global Cooperation Institute for Sustainable Cities)
The visit began with a reception activity by Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Sc (Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Unhas), Deputy Deans, Chair of the Quality Assurance Group, Head of the Office of International Affairs Unhas, Head of the D3 Nursing Study Program and several lecturers within the Unhas Faculty of Nursing. In his remarks, the Dean of FKep UH expressed his hope that this visit could strengthen relations between the two agencies and hoped that the visit could initiate opportunities for collaboration that could be achieved by the two institutions.
The 3-day visit was also arranged with the following activities:
- Visit to the Kassi-Kassi Health Center in Makassar City
- Visit to Hasanuddin University Hospital
- Research meeting with FKep UH lecturers
- Meeting with FKep UH student representatives
- Dinner with the UH FKep Academic Community
