Indra Gaffar joined the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Hasanuddin in 2020 as a lecturer in the Nursing Management scientific group. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Nursing both from Hasanuddin University. She currently becomes the Secretary of Associate Degree in Nursing Programs, Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University.

Indra Gaffar started become a lecturer since 2006 and joined as a lecturer in Hasanuddin university since 2020. During the years of lecturing and working in the community service, Indra grew interested in leadership and management in nursing, patient safety and quality in healthcare, maternity care and reproductive health. She also active in various research and community services.
