This Community Service Program is one of a series of the 66th anniversary of Hasanuddin University and the 5th anniversary of the Faculty of Nursing. This activity was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Head of Bantimurung District, Kab. Maros, Lurah Leang-Leang, Kab. Maros and the entire academic community of the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University. Dr. Ariyanti Saleh S.Kp., M.Si as the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Hasanuddin University delivered a good welcome as well as opening the activity which was centered in Leang-leang Village, Maros Regency.

Through this program, the sub-district and kelurahan felt helped by the community service activities that were held at our place, in this case in the Leang-leang sub-district, Kab. Maros this activity helps us in screening and providing health education to local residents so that later our residents can find out about their respective health conditions,” said the sub-district head of Bantimurung, Kab. This Community Service Program has the aim of detecting early risk of mental health problems and increasing public awareness about the importance of mental health and providing counseling guidance facilities to help adolescents and adults in Leang-Leang Village, Maros Regency in achieving optimal mental health. Where in its implementation, mental health screening is carried out for adolescents and adults in Leang-Leang Village by filling out the Self-Reporting Questionnaire-29 (SRQ-29), where in filling it out, residents have been facilitated by lecturers and a team of community service students, namely Amrun Dzauqy. , Dewi Novita Sari and Afifah Nas. This activity was continued with the provision of counseling and counseling facilitated by nursing lecturers at Hasanuddin University as well as members of the Hapsah community service team, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep and Nurlaila Fitriani, S.Kep.,Ns., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.J.
