The Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University received a comparative study visit from the Faculty of Health Sciences (Fikes) of the University of West Sulawesi (Unsulbar) on Friday (11/06). Located in the Senate Room of the Unhas F.Kep Building. The visiting delegation from Fikes Unsulbar was led by the Dean of Fikes Unsulbar, Dr. Muzakkir, M.Kes. The group was received by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Unhas, Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Si, together with the Head of the Faculty and other Study Programs.
In his remarks, the Dean of Fikes Unsulbar said “as a newly formed faculty and study program, we want to continue to quickly improve the quality of learning and management in study programs and faculties”. As for Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp, M.Si said that comparative studies or benchmarking activities are part of an effort to improve quality, by identifying things that have been previously implemented by other institutions. Specifically, the information and experiences discussed during the visit were about the curriculum for nursing and nurses, the application of lecturer workloads, laboratory management, and preparation for the national competency test.
