Excellence in Impactful Care Training for Educational Staff of the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University

The Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, held an Excellence in Impactful Care (Prime Service) Training for faculty staff on May 22–23, 2026, at the LPMPP Hall in Hasanuddin University. This training was held to improve the quality of administrative services and strengthen the culture of excellent service within the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University.
This training was designed to educate and strengthen the capacity of staff to provide professional, responsive, and user-oriented services. Furthermore, this activity also serves as part of the faculty’s commitment to supporting the transformation of administrative service governance towards a more effective and humane one.
The event was attended and officially opened by the Vice Dean for Planning and Human Resources of the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, Dr. Yuliana Syam, S,Kep.,Ns.,M.Si., and featured various speakers and facilitators, including Dr. Dra. Irwani Pane, M.I.Kom. LPCP. C.Tr. CA, C.MC, C.PSP, Yolanda P, SE, MM, and Syaparuddin Salam, C.CA, C.Tr, C.DM, who are competent in the fields of excellent service, professional communication, work ethics, and artificial intelligence (AI)-based digital service transformation.
In her remarks, the Vice Dean for Planning and Human Resources of the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, Dr. Yuliana Syam, S, Kep., Ns., M.Si., stated that “This activity is not only an effort to improve the quality of excellent service within the Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, but also supports the achievement of faculty and university performance indicator targets, and strengthens the professionalism of educational staff in providing services to the academic community and the public,” she explained.
On the first day, participants will attend several important sessions, including Excellence in Impactful Care, Service Behavior Transformation, Professional Work Ethics, and a Service Reflection Circle (FGD) session. Furthermore, participants will receive training on grooming, including makeup and professional appearance to support service quality in the workplace. Meanwhile, on the second day, activities focused on strengthening effective communication skills through an Effective Communication Service Role Play session, further role plays in each unit to strengthen service excellence, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and an Enlightening Commitment session to strengthen our shared commitment to providing the best service.
Through these activities, it is hoped that all educational staff at the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Nursing will be able to improve their service competencies, strengthen their professional ethics, and support the creation of a superior, adaptive, and service-oriented work culture in the era of digital transformation.
