Dr. Erfina holds a prominent position as an Associate Professor at Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, Indonesia. With a rich educational background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Universitas Hasanuddin and a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Indonesia, she further pursued her academic journey by completing a Doctoral Program in Community Health and Nursing from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Her extensive academic pursuits were supported by scholarships, including the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education for her doctoral degree and a Scientific Publication Quality Improvement Scholarship Program at La Trobe University, Australia and Australia Award Fellowship hosted by La Trobe University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Erfina has demonstrated her commitment to nursing education and patient care. As a staff lecturer and Preceptor of Maternity Nursing Department at Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Hasanuddin, she has contributed significantly to shaping future nurses. Additionally, her role as a Clinical Care Manager at Universitas Hasanuddin Hospital reflects her practical expertise. Dr. Erfina’s research interests span across vital areas such as maternal and women’s health, nursing interventions, and qualitative studies. Her dedication to the field is evident through her numerous publications in esteemed national and international journals, particularly in areas related to cervical cancer therapy, patient quality of life, and teenage postpartum care. Furthermore, her involvement as a reviewer for prominent nursing and health journals underscores her commitment to advancing the field through rigorous peer review.
