The Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, held a Case Study Writing Workshop for Nursing students on Monday, July 21st, in the Faculty of Nursing Lecture Room. The resource person for this event was the Head of the Master’s Program in Nursing (Saldy Yusuf, Ph.D., ETN).
In her remarks, the Dean (Prof. Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Si.) stated, “Through this workshop, we hope students will understand the academic process of writing case reports and analyze nursing problems critically and professionally. This is part of the competency-building process for becoming excellent nurses,” she explained.
This activity aims to improve students’ abilities not only to understand the academic process of preparing case reports, but also to critically and professionally analyze nursing problems. This is part of the competency development process for outstanding nurses, including clinical analysis and critical thinking, and strengthening the integration of theory and practice in nursing care management.
Through this workshop, Nursing Profession students are expected to be able to prepare case reports that not only meet academic requirements but are also relevant to real-world clinical situations. This can serve as a platform for fostering and sharing experiences among students in managing nursing cases during clinical practice.
