The Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University held a P2KMB activity on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 08.00 WITA. This activity was held as a welcome for the entire academic community of F.Kep Unhas to new students in 2021, as well as orienting new students about the faculty, especially introductions related to the academic system, infrastructure, services, coaching, and student activities, as well as the introduction of Ormawa. (Student Organization) at the Unhas Faculty of Nursing.

P2KMB F.Kep Unhas 2021 was held semi-offline and opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Sc. The offline implementation which took place in the Senate Room F.Kep Unhas was attended by 16 people consisting of the Organizing Committee, Steering Committee, and performers by implementing strict health protocols. While the online implementation took place through the zoom meeting application and was attended by 276 participants consisting of 194 new students from the nursing faculty who came from the Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Physiotherapy study programs, as well as invited guests consisting of leaders of faculties and study programs, lecturers, students and representatives students from every ormawa within the Faculty of Nursing Unhas.

The concept of activities and content of P2KMB F.Kep Unhas this year is not much different from the previous year. However, this year there was the addition of new material with interesting topics from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Education, namely the material on Ethics of Social Media, Dangers of Terrorism, and State Defense. Syahrul, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes., Ph.D as the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni hopes that new students who attend P2KMB can take positive values ​​in each series of events. “Hopefully with this P2KMB F.Kep Unhas activity, new students will get information and provisions that can help new students adapt quickly and be active as students on the Hasanuddin University campus, especially in the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Nursing environment.”
