The Faculty of Nursing at Universitas Hasanuddin continues to demonstrate its commitment to strengthening its role on the international stage. This is evidenced by the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the Faculty of Nursing at Universitas Hasanuddin (FKep Unhas) and the College of Criminal Justice Education at the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC), Philippines, on Friday (October 16).

The signing ceremony took place in the meeting room of the Vice-Rector for Academic and Student Affairs at Universitas Hasanuddin, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ruslin, M.Si. During the event, the Dean of FKep Unhas, Prof. Dr. Elly Lilianty Sjattar, S.Kp., M.Si., was represented by the Vice-Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Syahrul Said, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes., Ph.D., while the President of the University of Nueva Caceres, Dr. Fay Lea Patria M. Lauraya, was represented by a delegate from UNC.

This strategic partnership, which will remain in effect for five years, is designed to open up broad opportunities for collaboration, including joint research in the health sciences, student exchanges at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, international symposia and conferences, and collaborative journal publications.

This initiative reflects the ongoing commitment of FKep Unhas to expanding its global partnership network, enhancing academic quality, and fostering the internationalization of education and research at Universitas Hasanuddin. (*/sm)
