The Faculty of Nursing, Hasanuddin University, held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 13.00-16.00 WITA in the Senate Room of the Faculty of Nursing. The meeting, which was attended by the Dean, Vice Deans, Chair and Secretary of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Group, Head of Administration (KTU), Heads of Sub-Divisions (Kasubag), Heads of Study Programs and Secretaries of Study Programs, became an important momentum to evaluate performance in 2024 and design strategies for 2025.
The meeting atmosphere was dynamic and productive. Participants actively discussed and provided input related to various aspects of the performance of the Faculty of Nursing, ranging from academic achievements, research, community service, to management of administration and infrastructure. The discussion focused on achieving targets, obstacles faced, and action plans to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Faculty of Nursing programs.
Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Prof. Dr. Ariyanti Saleh, S.Kp., M.Si, expressed her appreciation for the hard work of the entire academic community in achieving various achievements during 2024. She also emphasized the importance of RTM as a means to ensure alignment between work programs and the faculty’s vision and mission, as well as to prepare for future challenges.
Several important points that were the focus of discussion in RTM include:
Analysis of follow-up plans from the results of student, lecturer, education staff, alumni, partners, and graduate users satisfaction surveys.
Analysis of follow-up plans for the results of internal quality audits (AMI) of study programs within the Faculty of Nursing.
Analysis of the achievements of the 2024 work program and identification of areas that need to be improved.
Discussion of obstacles and barriers faced and strategic solutions to overcome them.
Formulation of work plans and superior programs for 2025 that are oriented towards improving the quality of education, research, and education.
Strengthening cooperation and collaboration with various parties, both internal and external, to support faculty development.
The results of the RTM will be summarized in an official report and can be accessed by the academic community of the Faculty of Nursing. The implementation of the agreed action plan will be monitored periodically to ensure that the targets set are achieved. With a spirit of collaboration and high commitment, the Faculty of Nursing is ready to face challenges and achieve greater achievements in 2025.
