Nursing Management and Healthcare Quality Research Group F.Kep Unhas held an International Guest Lecture presenting speakers from the Nursing Graduate School, San Pedro College, Davao City, Philippines (Sarah Bernadette L. Bale a, RN, MAN, Ph.D) on Tuesday (15/04) via Zoom Meeting hosted by Moderator Rini Rachmawaty, BSN, RN, MN, Ph.D.
Participants in this activity were undergraduate and master of nursing students, this activity discussed the topic of Improving Nursing Service Management through Evidence-based Nursing Practice: Lessons Learned from the Philippines Healthcare System.
Rini Rachmawaty, BSN, RN, Ph.D as the chair of this activity said that “This activity aims to provide knowledge and experience to undergraduate and master’s nursing students, as well as lecturers and research nurses related to practices that have been carried out through nursing research results in the Philippines in an effort to improve nursing services and care in hospitals and health centers,” she explained.
This activity is a learning material for students, lecturers and nurses in improving nursing services and care through research results in the Philippines which can then be applied in hospitals and health centers in Indonesia.
Sarah Balena RN, MAN, Ph.D as a resource person in her presentation explained that EBNP can improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of nursing management.
