F.Kep conducted FGD on Preparation of Internship Program Guidelines in order to support the improvement of Unhas Main Performance Indicator (IKU) achievement on Monday, (04/11) at Unhas Hotel attended by the Dean and Vice Dean and several partners, namely BNN, PMI, BKTM, BB Labkesmas I, and several Nursing and Physiotherapy Clinics.
The Dean of F.Kep (Prof. Ariyanti) said that “This activity is a form of honing soft skills for students to support the strengthening of skills competency in the fields of Nursing and Physiotherapy, this is our effort in producing competent graduates who have good soft skills,” he explained.
The purpose of this activity is to identify the needs, expectations, and challenges faced in this internship program as well as to formulate the mechanism for implementing, assessing, and evaluating the program so that it can run effectively and efficiently.
The activity was continued with a presentation with partners regarding the implementation and policies given before the internship process was carried out.
